The annual Creative Spirit Arts and Disabilities conference and think tank “BRAINSTORMS”, co-presented with the Canadian Arts Access Network, will take place 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., Thursday ,October 25, .

The conference will address the issue of the new definition of “Disability Arts,” as created by the Canada Council for the Arts and the Ontario Arts Council.  This conference is an opportunity to for the community and artists to voice their position on this issue.
